About Me

"A healthy outside start from the inside "

Robert Urich

Welcome to Didi Yiye. Didi Yiye means "eat well" in Akan language in Ghana. My name is Loretta and my journey began as a flexitarian since 2014 when I developed a desire to become more conscious about food and its impact on my health and the environment. Since my journey as a flexitarian, my health has improved significantly. I have benefited from well being, weight loss and healthier skin. I have also transitioned from being a flexitarian to a vegetarian and finally to a vegan. I have been a vegan since 2015.

I am passionate about healthy eating, culinary arts and exploring new recipes from different cultures. For me, cooking allows me to be creative to explore new things and at the same time it enables me to be conscious of what I consume.

My eBooks are developed from my past blog and my Instagram posts which documents my journey of exploring plant-based diets over several years. The purpose of my eBooks is to share my healthy eating tips, knowledge about food and nutrition, and vegan and vegetarian recipes. I also provide coaching for newbies who are transitioning or embarking on a similar journey and need guidance from an experienced vegan. So, please get in touch newbies if you need support. You may explore this site, shop at my store for my eBooks, artworks and clothing accessories to expand your knowledge while supporting Didi Yiye.
